User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the Healthcare Professional Wellness App (“the App”), operated by Dr. Yuriy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. These terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Purpose
The App is designed to provide wellness guidance specifically for healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization. It offers tools, resources, and coaching based on 12 years of expertise in self-help, psychology, and wellness. The App is intended to promote well-being, balance, and productivity.
3. Eligibility
You must be a healthcare professional over the age of 18 to use the App. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain features of the App may be available for purchase as part of a subscription plan. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and subscription details as outlined during the purchase process. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Pricing: Subscription fees may vary based on your subscription type. Prices are subject to change but will not affect existing subscribers without prior notification.
- Payment: Payment is processed securely through authorized payment providers. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon subscription fee.
- Subscription Renewal: Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
5. Health Disclaimer
The App is intended to support mental and physical wellness but does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or treatments.
By using the App, you acknowledge that the content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional health advice.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the App for its intended purpose and not for any unlawful or harmful activities. Misuse of the App, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activities, or disruptive behavior, may result in the termination of your account without refund.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to other users.
8. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and structure of the App are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the App without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties related to the App, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
